The Contract Ratification vote closed on 12/28/2020 at 4:00 P.M. The contract did not pass. We are notifying our IBEW Local 2199 Members, National Fuel Gas, our Labor Attorney and our IBEW International Representative. On the True Ballot landing page our labor attorney Cathy Creighton, gave a very detailed outline of what the process will be going forward if the contract was not ratified. We will keep you updated on our progress with the Company concerning going back into negotiations.
